Electronic Submission of Orders to Penguin Random House Australia
PRH Australia can receive orders directly from a number of bookshop POS systems including IBID, Bibliofile, Biztronics and Bookscan. Our preferred carrier is Pacstream; email pacstream@att.net.au or fax (02) 9911 1555 for details of their services.
Please note that if you are using one of these POS systems and wish to submit EDI orders to UBD via Pacstream, you will first need to obtain a SAN (Standard Address Number) from the SAN Agency, available through Thorpe-Bowker, or telephone 03 8645 0345.
